After the development and optimization phase [ engineering or reengineering, costing… see project development ], we then manage electronics manufacturing in China including components, parts, boards, up to the final product assembly under a very strict quality control throughout the whole process. We are using several qualified subcontractors to optimize risks and costs versus either low mix and high volume or high mix and low volume. Different set ups for different requirements, PME has a proven record of numerous success cases with many industrial leaders. We offer both conventional, SMT, COB, BGA’s assembly including all required tests [X-ray inspection, visual and optical inspection etc.] up to full box built including custom housings and various tests.
